Situated in the oldest part of town, in a traffic-free area less than 5 minutes walk from car parking at the Kastro the house offers fantastic views over the town and to the harbour from all front facing windows.

 Originally two houses built in the Makedonian style, it is completely renovated, whilst retaining many original features, including thick walls, several original floors, most beams and vaulted ceilings. The house faces SW and is exceptionally light and airy. It has a total of 110 sq. metres divided between three floors.

The entrance room used as a study/occasional third bedroom, with fitted shelving, telephone/internet connection,and multiple power points, it has a large shuttered window overlooking the ‘Gypsy Springs’ area. Stairs from here lead up and down to other areas of the house.

 Off the hall, through original main bedroom, featuring an Amtico floor, fitted wall lights, dimmer switch to centre light, multiple power points and fitted wardrobes, adjacent to which is the master bathroom. This retains the original beams, is half tiled in marble and has a full sized bath and shower cubicle. It is well-fitted and well lit, with a heated towel rail.

 The second bedroom is light and airy, with a marble floor, fitted wall lights, dimmer switch to main centre light, multiple  power points and is large enough for a full sized double bed. Adjacent is the small shower room, which is well-lit, fully tiled in marble, and has glass shelving and a heated towel rail.

 The kitchen/dining room retains its original wooden floor and vaulted roof, subtly lit by dimmable spotlights on the beams. It is fully fitted with integrated washing machine, dishwasher, fridge and microwave, as well as conventional oven with a ceramic hob. There is also a separate fridge freezer, together with drawer and cupboard space. Work surfaces are wood and marble and are amply provided with power points, including on the island unit. French doors lead to the balcony overlooking the street. The open-plan room is bright and airy, with windows to the side and front, providing open views across the town and to the port.

To the right of the kitchen, through an arch revealing original stonework, is the living room. With windows to the street and to the front, providing open views across the town, to the port and beyond, this room retains its original vaulted ceiling. There is a large traditional fireplace and ample power points
