The main house consists of a large living room and kitchen with stairs up to a sleeping platform and a door off to the main bedroom which is en-suite. There is another toilet and shower cleverly situated under the stairs.

The building is a combination of old and new, with original fireplace and patches of the old original stone walls.

Under the main house and with a separate entrance is a self-contained apartment with living, sleeping and kitchen areas as well as a toilet and shower room.

There is a private and sheltered outside courtyard, again with magnificent views across the Aegean.
