On the ground floor is a large  - 8m x 4m - open plan room with kitchen in one corner and a small toilet in another. Very light and airy there are windows on all four sides. The floor is Pelion slate. Stairs lead up to a short corridor with large bedroom off and en-suite shower room.

There is planning permission to extend the property to one side to provide another large living room/ kitchen at ground floor level and a terrace with bedroom above.

The immediate surrounding area is paved in Pelion slate and to one side there will be a plunge pool, yet to be completed.

Mains electricity is connected and water comes from a sterna.
