This fabulous house is constructed entirely of stone with spectacular views across the Aegean, just 10 minutes from the old town of Skopelos. 

On the ground floor is a large open plan livingroom with a kitchen in one corner and a small toilet in another. The house is very light because there are windows on all four sides of the house. Stairs lead up to a short corridor with a large bedroom and an en-suite bathroom.

There is planning permit to extend the property to one side to provide another large living room/ kitchen at ground floor level and a terrace with bedroom above.
