Villa Sofia and Stefanos apartments - on Skiathos, but with views to Skopelos !

Situated on a peaceful hillside of olive groves these apartments and villa have panoramic views over Skiathos town and out to sea towards the neighbouring islands.

Set in a lawned garden with wisteria and bougainvillea Vasilis and Lynne Aniktoglou have built a beautiful villa, two individually designed apartments and a studio. With their chestnut beams and natural stonework they are built and furnished to a high standard with much care and attention to detail.

The main road, bakery and bus stop for the beaches are 500 metres away while the town with its tavernas, shops and bars and the nearest beach are just over 1 km.

The apartments sleep 2 - 4 people and consist of a twin bedroom, living room with 1 or 2 sofa beds, open plan kitchen, bathroom with shower and garden terrace with magnificent sea view.

Open plan studio with double bed set in an alcove, spacious living/kitchen area with sofa bed, bathroom with shower and private garden terrace with wonderful sea view.

Villa Sofia was built as a spacious and comfortable family home in traditional style with beautiful open chestnut beams throughout. The large partially shaded balcony is ideal for dining on while enjoying the spectacular views over Skiathos and across the sea to Skopelos.

The villa sleeps up to 6 and consists of one double and 2 twin bedrooms (one has its own balcony with sea view), 2 bathrooms (one with bath), large living room leading to balcony, fully equipped oak kitchen with oven, fridge freezer and washing machine.

The house is above the apartments and has its own private entrance and garden.

All accommodation is well equipped (toaster, electric kettle, iron and fan are standard). There is a regular cleaning service and linen change. A barbeque is also available for guests

Prices quoted are € (euro) per night per apartment / studio.

Prices for Villa Sofia are based on 4 people sharing, 5th & 6th person pay €10 per night extra each.

Car hire although not essential is recommended & we will be happy to send prices and arrange this for you locally.

All guests will be met at the airport or port and taken to accommodation.
