Anania land

Land in Anania is considered one of the best on the island. The climate is perfect! There once was the intention to build a sanatorium in this area because of the very healthy atmosphere.

The views are stunning, over the potami valley towards Evia, over the Jilali and Glisteri area towards the sea and Alonissos.

We have 4 very nice pieces  in this area. One is 6000 m2 on a hillside for 75 000 euro. Another 3 (all about 4000 m2) are higher up on the hillside and even have a better  view! The prices for these pieces range from 100.000 euro's to 150.000 euros.
