A unique and very beautiful piece of land - 6,5 ha with 800 olive trees which have never been chemically treated. We understand that EU grants are available. The trees cover 5,8 ha, while the rest is legally protected pine forest. The view is stunning !! A modern olive factory is based in Glossa.  

According to local planning laws we understand that the plot could be sub-divided into 4 000m² plots for building, either holiday homes or permanent residences.

There is easy access to the coast road and the town of Glossa and the port of Loutraki.
