 Glossa is the second largest town on the island, situated on the south west side facing the sunsets with views across the Aegean to Evia, Skiathos, Pelion, and, on a clear day, Mt Olympus.

The town is more much traditional than Skopelos, with a quieter pace of life. There are still many opportunities to buy properties here that may not cost quite as much as in Skopelos town. But, like anywhere, you get what you pay for. Some may look very cheap, but this often means there are problems that are not obvious at first sight.

We have gathered a great team of local craftsmen and labourers during the seven years we have been in business on the island and between us we have seen most of the problems before ! Nothing is new.

We hope in the not too distant future to be opening a branch office in Glossa to not only give buyers a greater service, but also to offer our professional advice and knowledge to sellers, many of whom have never been involved in a property transaction.
